A Lumina system ships with installation instructions. If you cannot locate them, its PDF equivalent can be opened or downloaded.

Using the Lumina LSC-400 or LSC-400B does not require the installation of a device driver. However, if your computer does not have a built-in serial port, you will need a USB-serial port adapter, and that adapter will need to have its driver installed. Cedrus recommends this Saelig product.
